Eighteen Months..going into overtime!

Hey everyone!!!

This week we saw some miracles. We had two nonmembers surprise us at church this past Sunday! It was awesome! 

We had a lesson with one of the ladies named Stephanie this week. Sister Holdsworth and I were super stressed before it! The majority of our lessons recently have been with members, so we were worried we had forgotten how to teach an investigator! But no worries, it all worked out great! She is wonderful! We taught the Restoration and Stephanie was able to make a bunch of cool connections to the Bible about the principles we taught. She is totally elect! She even said we had an "aura" when she heard us give our talks in church on Sunday lol. I see good potential in her!!! 

Our other friend is a cute lady named Bunnie. Her husband wants to start coming back to church so she tagged along for the week. She also requested some pamphlets to read! So we dropped those off to her along with a Book of Mormon. We've been texting her and she's been able to read some. We are planning to meet with her and talk about it one day this week!! 

I HIT 18 MONTHS THIS WEEK 🎉 I have loved my mission. There have been SUPER HARD DAYS, but also MIRACULOUS ones! I thank Heavenly Father every. single. night. for letting me serve Him in this capacity. It is the greatest thing I've ever done. I relate to Ammon a lot when he said,

35 Now have we not reason to rejoice? Yea, I say unto you, there never were men that had so great reason to rejoice as we, since the world began; yea, and my joy is carried away, even unto boasting in my God; for he has all power, all wisdom, and all understanding; he comprehendeth all things, and he is a merciful Being, even unto salvation, to those who will repent and believe on his name.

36 Now if this is boasting, even so will I boast; for this is my life and my light, my joy and my salvation, and my redemption from everlasting wo.

I add my testimony to Ammon's... I know God lives! I know He loves me. I know that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Redeemer. Only through Him can I find peace and happiness in this life, and eternal life in the world to come. I will boast of Him forever and ever!!!
