Back to Church!

Hellloooooo friends!!

Another week in quarantine consisting of lots of member lessons, way too many meetings, and crumbl cookies to get us through the week 😂 we had to bribe ourselves with those... Sometimes it's really hard to get myself to sit down in that kitchen chair, because I know that when I do I won't move for the next four hours... ah man being a missionary is so weird now lol.

The transfer is already over! Can you believe that?? They are every three weeks now with all the new reassigned missionaries coming in! We got thirty new missionaries three weeks ago, and now we are getting thirty more on Tuesday. Then in three weeks, we will get around thirty more... until the end of August. Crazy stuff. I am not sure what will happen with my trio, but we'll see!

We did have a big change this week though!!! CHURCH STARTED AGAIN! Yesterday felt like Christmas morning when I woke up haha! I was so excited!

This is my third transfer in this area, but only the second time I've been able to go to church! So I really haven't met many people in person. I only knew like 4 people in the wards yesterday... but it felt so good to be able to welcome people, and see their happy faces in the flesh (well everyone was wearing masks, but I assume they were smiling lol) !! Sunday is not the day of rest for missionaries, and yesterday felt almost like back to normal! It was so nice to be running around all day 😊

These past couple months without church have reminded me of how personal my relationship with my Heavenly Father is. He loves me individually and infinitely! The way I worship Him is between me and Him only.

But I know Heavenly Father has given us each other for a reason. We are here to "walk each other back home" ♡ gathering together as Saints has been a huge blessing to me throughout my life. It has been a reminder to me that I am not alone. I have brothers and sisters all around me who are also working to strengthen their individual relationships with their Father. Their example and support helps me!!! I know that following the Savior's command to "meet together oft" helps us to become "firmer and firmer in the faith of Christ, unto the filling [our] souls with joy and consolation, yea, even to the purifying and the sanctification of [our] hearts" (Helaman 3:35)!! I am grateful that we have the chance to gather and support one another again. It is a priviledge!

I love you all!! Hope all is well and that you're staying safe and healthy!

Love, Sister Keeler
