Hello all!!
Lots of miracles this week. One of them being my mission president is okay!! He had to go to the hospital last week. So as a mission we fasted and prayed for him. They didn't tell us what was wrong until we had zone conference this week. President explained all the miracles he saw. It turns out he had a significant stroke, but miraculously his body somehow absorbed it and he is totally fine now. That strengthened my testimony of prayer and fasting so much!! I'm grateful he is okay.
Another miracle happened yesterday! We've been planning a literal fireside with firepits, s'mores and a short spiritual program. We invited EVERYONE!! Well all day yesterday it was POURING RAIN. I was sooo worried we were going to have to cancel, but when we got out of dinner the sky was blue and the sun was out!! BLESSINGS. Ting and our friend who recently got reactivated both spoke on their conversion stories and then we had a couple musical numbers. One by a girl in the ward who wrote her own song and performed it and then the other by our friend Maya who we're teaching! We asked her to sing "I'm trying to be like Jesus" and she was so excited! She learned the words and said it was perfect because that's what she's trying to do too! She's coming to general conf with us on Sunday and I am so pumped for her. She's the best! Right now she is working to be baptized on November 9th, please pray that her family is supportive of her decision!! Anyway, there ended up being about 200 people there! It was tons of fun 😊 I love the YSA stake, I have made so many friends here! I guess that's what happens when you stay in one area for 5 transfers lol
I know that God is a God of miracles! I know they have not ceased! As we exercise faith, work hard, and be obedient, they will come!!
