Lighting it Up with Sister Loudin!

Hey friends!!
Lots of changes this week!! Sister Whetten got transferred and I got a new comp, fresh from the MTC, named Sister Loudin. She is from West Virginia and is 4'11". I pretty much feel like a giant next to her... now I know how people who are taller than me feel lol. But she is excited to be a missionary and make things happen!! When President put us together, he said we were going to "light it up"!! We are working and praying to get the members fired up about inviting their friends to come closer to Christ! I am sure that this is going to be a transfer full of miracles ❤

Amey is still continuing to prepare to be baptized! We had to push her baptismal date to August 17th instead of this Saturday for a few reasons, but she is still strong in her testimony and has a strong desire to follow the Savior. I am so grateful for her! People like Amey make this whole thing worth it!

Missionary work is hard. And in Utah it's very interesting because EVERYONEEEE knows who we are and what we're doing. This week we knocked on a door where there were OBVIOUSLY people home, we could hear the TV and a group of people talking and laughing. Well when we knocked on the door, they looked through the peephole and said, "Shhhh!! It's the missionaries!!" Immediately they went silent until we walked away. Hahahaha we laughed pretty hard about that one!! On Saturday that's pretty much what happened to us at every door we knocked on... Sister Loudin and I were feeling pretty down, but on our drive home we passed the temple
-- the sun was setting, the temple was lit up and we had the view of the whole city and it was beautiful!! Like Nephi, I don't know everything, but I do know the God loves us. I am so grateful for the little things that God sends to remind me that He does ❤ that view sure was one of them!!

Look for the ways that He shows you He loves you this week!! I know they're there, sometimes we just have to look!

I love you all!!

Love, Sister Keeler
