New area, All the seasons

Hey all!! It's already April! And I am already into my second transfer! Woohoo!

Like I said last week, I got trasferred. I left Bountiful and now I am up north in Clinton! I am covering all nine wards in the Clinton stake which is only a couple neighborhoods... Utah is crazy that way! There are so many wonderful members! 

My new comp is Sister Bravo. She is from the Philippines and so sweet! Her English is really good and she has a cute accent! I told her that and then later that day she stopped mid sentence and said, "really? I have an accent??" hahaha she couldn't believe it. Sister Bravo has been out for 3 months so we are only one transfer apart! technically she is my trainer, but sometimes it feels like we are just training each other! We are both still getting a hang of the whole missionary thing, so it has been an adventure for sure. but wonderful of course!

We are teaching some super cute kids right now! Two of them are named Micholo and Dion. They are brothers from the Philippines so Sister Bravo gets along really well with them. We taught them how to pray yesterday and oh my goodness it was the sweetest thing to hear them talk to God for the very first time! I know that Heavenly Father wants to hear from us and He is so happy when we reach out to Him through prayer!

Another kid that we are teaching is a little girl named Surmi. She is 9 years old and from Guam. She is so smart and loves learning about Jesus Christ! She wants to get baptized, but her dad doesn't understand why she needs to be, since she was already baptized into the Catholic church. We are praying that he has a change of heart! We get to take Surmi, her mom and her brother to General Conference this weekend! She is so excited and so are we! It will be a wonderful experience! 

I am praying that spring is here to stay! we experienced all four seasons in about an hour on friday... it was raining while we were biking to dinner, then during our 5 minute ride it turned to snow. AND WE GOT SOAKED haha. Then, after dinner we came out and the sun was shining and it was beautiful!! Utah is strange haha!
