More miracles in Clinton
Hello everyone! My district went on a hike today so our pday has been pretty packed. I have lots more to do so I'm going to keep this one short! But there have been more miracles here in Clinton this week! I have seen the Lord bless this area sooooo much since I have been here. It is wonderful to see!
Remember I told you about our cute 9 year old friend Payton last week? Well she's getting baptized on May 11th, and guess who's going to be right along with her.... her mom! We had a lesson with Payton on Thursday and the first thing her mom, Summer said when we got there was, "Can I get baptized with her?" We said HECK YEAH you can!!! Their testimonies are both so strong already. They have been reading the Book of Mormon together. It's amazing how one book can change someone's life in such a dramatic way. The Book of Mormon truly is the word of God! Go read it!
Another miracle happened yesterday when a couple just showed up at church. The man got very emotional while we were talking to him about the service and said that God has been working on him a lot recently. We set up a lesson with them and are anxious to get to know them and help them come closer to Christ!
One of my favorite things about being a missionary is being able to see peoples' lives change as they come to know the Savior. He truly does change us. When we study and come to know Him better, our lives will be filled with more peace and joy!
I love you all!!! Have a wonderful week!
love, Sister Keeler
Lots of pics this week!
- I went on exchanges! This is my friend Sister Simpson from England! She is so funny we were cracking up all day long!
- Pretty flowers everywhere!!
- Sister Bravo and I had our companion study outside on the grass! Ahhhh it was glorious
- My district
- Our Saturday was jam packed with service, we planted trees, stained fences and painted someone's entire house basically! We got our 10 hours of service this week for sure!
- Hiking!
- our cute friends Surmi and MG! We love them and they love us! They have 41 people living in their house. 30 of them are kids! So there are ALWAYS people outside. When ever we walk by the kids wave and yell "heyyyyy missionaries!!" haha it's so cute!
