It's a Good Life serving the Lord

Hello friends!!

It's official. I'm a real missionary now! Well I have been for the past few weeks, but last night I had a dream and I was a MISSIONARY IN IT TOO!! I've heard that's when you know you're the real deal, so big things are happening over here in Bountiful! Haha I thought that was funny!

This week was an adventure, full of highs and lows, but good nonetheless!! We had lots of lessons planned, but basically all of them fell through :'( we rescheduled them for later in the week, but then they got cancelled AGAIN! Also we had to stop teaching someone because we discovered he is into witchcraft (!!!scary!!!) I had no idea I would come across that in Utah... so that was a major bummer! My heart hurt because I want these people to hear about the Gospel so bad!

But! On the bright side, Sister Musick and I were feeling much less "hit by a truck"-ish so we were able to knock on lots of doors and we actually found someone new to teach! On Saturday morning we were out trying to meet some of the people the previous sisters had been teaching. We were trying to get to a certain apartment complex to visit someone, but we had the wrong address and somehow ended up at a different complex, one that Sister Musick had been tracting at before. She remembered a YSA aged girl who was interested in having missionaries over, so we went to go check it out. A young guy opened the door and he was so nice and interested/excited to learn more! We have a lesson with him planned for this week, so I am praying that one will go through! I have faith! I know that God played a big part in that! None of that was planned, but I don't believe in coincidences! I know that God is aware of all of us and our circumstances. He wants to help us and He will if we ask Him and have faith!!

I think I say this every week, but I love being a missionary!! I really do! When else do you get to eat pancakes and talk about Jesus with people you just met? (We had a lesson at an IHOP this week lol)
